What are the opening times of the practice?

The opening times are Monday to Friday from 09:00am – 13:00pm and 14:00pm to 17:00pm. We are closed for lunch between 13:00pm - 14:00pm and on public bank holidays.

I have an appointment but can't attend it now, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

We require at least 24 hours of notice when you cancel/rebook your appoinment so we are able to offer the time slot to someone else. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the appointment will be noted as an FTA(failure to attend) and we may not be able to offer any subsequent appointments. Will Saxon Dental Care offer both NHS and private treatment?

We only offer NHS treatment options until further notice.

Is there only one practice offering NHS dental care in Hereford?

Accepted Answer

A second practice is open now located north of the river. We encourage any patients who prefer the north location to contact Central Hereford Dental Care instead.

We do have parking available at the practice that will fit a small number of cars, this is subject to availability however so you may not be able to park here but there is plenty of parking on the main road a short walk away.
